1. Introduction These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all transactions made on the website vanille.com, published by Vanille Hertzog, whose registered office is located at Douar Ouled Abbou Ouled Azzouz, Casablanca, registered in the Trade Register under number 003596324000035, and bearing Tax ID 66089119. By placing an order on the site, the customer unconditionally accepts these GTC.

 

2. Scope of Application These GTC apply to all sales of products and services made via the website vanilleg.com. They are enforceable against the customer, who declares having read and accepted them before finalizing their order.

 

3. Products and Services The essential characteristics of the products and services are presented on the website. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from reality. Products are offered subject to stock availability.

 

4. Price and Payment Product prices are indicated in Euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included). Shipping costs are indicated separately before order validation. 7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 7 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. Returns are not accepted. If the customer provides proof (photos and/or videos of the product) of a defective product, a refund may be issued.

 

8. Legal Warranties All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. If a product has a major defect, the customer must contact us within 15 days of receipt to request a repair, exchange, or refund.

 

9. Liability Ms. Vanille Hertzog cannot be held liable for indirect damages or those resulting from misuse of the product. The company's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

 

10. Protection of Personal Data Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of personal data. The customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by contacting us at vanille.illustration@gmail.com.

12. Disputes and Applicable Law These GTC are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent courts shall be those of the location of Ms. Vanille Hertzog's registered office.

 

13. Modification of GTC Ms. Vanille Hertzog reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force at the time of the order.

 

14. Acceptance of GTC By validating their order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these GTC in their entirety.
